Abd Fattah’s journey began in 2022 as a participant in the Negotiation and Conflict Resolution program, implemented by the TASTAKEL Organization in partnership with George Mason University. From the outset, he demonstrated a clear commitment and a strong passion for developing his dialogue and peacebuilding skills. During his participation, he distinguished himself by effectively connecting information with his experience in peacebuilding since 2016, making him one of the program’s most prominent participants.

As a result of this excellence, in 2024, he transitioned from trainee to instructor within the same program, also in partnership with George Mason University. He contributed to training new groups of participants in critical thinking and conflict sensitivity. He demonstrated exceptional skill in knowledge transfer and facilitating training sessions, which positively impacted the program’s quality and effectiveness.

Today, Abd Fattah continues his remarkable journey, having received an 88% scholarship to pursue a Master’s degree in Educational Operations Leadership at Liverpool John Moores University.
