تعلن منظمة تستقل – TASTAKEL عن رغبتها بالتعاقد مع 24 جامع/ة بيانات مجتمعي/ة من مناطق جغرافية مختلفة في سوريا، ضمن نشاط تنفذه المنظمة بالتعاون مع المنظمة الفنلندية للإغاثة (FCA)، وبتمويل من هيئة الأمم المتحدة للمرأة – UN Women، في إطار مشروع تعزيز القدرات المؤسسية للمساواة بين الجنسين وتمكين المرأة في سوريا.
سيعمل/ستعمل جامعو/جامعات البيانات على تنفيذ أنشطة جمع البيانات الميدانية الخاصة بالدراسة الميدانية حول واقع المرأة في سوريا، من خلال تنفيذ أو دعم تنفيذ المقابلات مع الأشخاص المفتاحيين/ات (KIIs)، ومجموعات النقاش المركزة (FGDs)، واستكمال أدوات جمع البيانات، والتوثيق الميداني، وفق المنهجية والأدوات المعتمدة للمشروع.
مكان العمل
محافظات ومناطق سورية مختلفة، وفق خطة العمل الميدانية المعتمدة، بما يشمل قطاعات جغرافية متعددة، مثل: دمشق والمنطقة الجنوبية، المنطقة الوسطى، المنطقة الساحلية، المنطقة الشمالية الغربية، والمنطقة الشمالية الشرقية.
سيتم تحديد المحافظات والمناطق النهائية وتوزيع الفريق وفق خطة العينة، وإمكانية الوصول، ومتطلبات التنفيذ.
نوع التعاقد
عقد خدمة/استشارة قصيرة الأمد، مرتبط بمهام ومخرجات محددة خلال فترة تنفيذ أنشطة جمع البيانات الميدانية، وفق خطة العمل المعتمدة.
المهام الرئيسية
• حضور التدريب التحضيري الخاص بمنهجية وأدوات جمع البيانات.
• تنفيذ أو دعم تنفيذ المقابلات مع الأشخاص المفتاحيين/ات.
• تنفيذ أو دعم تنفيذ مجموعات النقاش المركزة.
• تعبئة النماذج والاستبيانات الإلكترونية أو الورقية المعتمدة.
• توثيق الملاحظات وتسليم البيانات ضمن المواعيد المحددة وبالجودة المطلوبة.
• الحصول على الموافقة المستنيرة قبل جمع البيانات.
• الالتزام بالسرية، وحماية البيانات، ومدونة السلوك، ومبادئ عدم الإضرار.
• الالتزام بمنهجية الدراسة وأدواتها المعتمدة، وعدم تعديل الأدوات دون موافقة مسبقة.
• عدم تقديم أي وعود للمشاركات أو المشاركين بشأن المساعدات أو الخدمات أو نتائج الدراسة.
• عدم مشاركة أي معلومات أو صور أو مواد تخص المشروع دون موافقة مسبقة.
• الإبلاغ عن أي تحديات ميدانية أو مخاطر قد تؤثر على سلامة المشاركات والمشاركين أو جودة البيانات.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
• خبرة سابقة في جمع البيانات، أو إجراء المقابلات، أو تعبئة الاستبيانات، أو التقييمات، أو الأبحاث الميدانية.
• معرفة جيدة بالسياق المحلي في منطقة التقديم.
• مهارات تواصل جيدة، وخاصة مع النساء والفئات المجتمعية المختلفة.
• القدرة على استخدام الهاتف الذكي وأدوات جمع البيانات الإلكترونية مثل Kobo أو أي منصة يعتمدها المشروع.
• الالتزام بالحياد، والسرية، وأخلاقيات العمل الميداني.
• مهارات جيدة في التوثيق والكتابة باللغة العربية.
تشجَّع النساء المؤهلات بشدة على التقديم، وخاصة للأدوار التي تتطلب تواصلاً مباشراً مع النساء أو تيسير جلسات حول مواضيع حساسة.

Job Title: Gender-Based Violence (GBV) Trainer
TASTAKEL is looking to contract a service provider to fulfill the role of “GBV Trainer” for the DSCS project as per the attached ToR and RFQ:
An application that does not meet any of these requirements will be rejected.

Among the submitted applications, TASTAKEL will shortlist a maximum of three 3 Applicants, with whom the evaluation of offers shall be carried out.
Documents need to be submitted signed and stamped:

Responsible for the local coordination and implementation of essential activities of the Action.
They oversee key areas of work that are of an overarching and strategic nature in the delivery of the project.
One SL will have organizational has lead over the curriculum of human rights training for capacity building.

5 years of experience in leading humanitarian projects with at least 2 years in human rights-related programmes. A high calibre leader with excellent time mangement and communication skills to deliver the results. The salary is compatible to the qualifications and market rate in Turkey. The position is intra muros.
